标准简介

学习对象元数据是关于学习对象的信息，学习对象可以是物理对象，也可以是数字对象。随着我们对学习需求的不断增加，学习对象的数量也在迅速增长。有关学习对象的信息或者说元数据的缺乏就直接影响到我们对这些对象的查找、管理和使用。本标准通过定义一个统一的结构对学习对象进行描述，以增强学习对象描述的互操作性。
